As a Car Park Attendant with Wilson Parking Australia, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our parking facilities. Based at Grand Central Shopping Centre, Toowoomba, you’ll provide friendly, professional customer service while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Wilson Parking Operations Team, your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients
- Monitoring and maintaining the smooth operation of car parks
- Assisting customers with inquiries, payments, and access issues
- Performing basic administrative and reporting tasks
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and security standards are met
- Supporting the Car Park Manager with daily operational requirements
- Managing vehicles efficiently and assisting with valet duties as required

REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the Car Park Attendant role, you’ll need:
Education:
- Secondary school completion or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Prior customer service experience (retail, call centre, or service industries preferred)
- Valet or parking experience (advantageous but not essential)
Skills & Qualities:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Physically fit and capable of active, hands-on work
- Computer literacy and basic administrative skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full driver’s licence with good driving record
- Eligibility to work in Australia
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
