Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical, in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking and nutritional needs.
• Provide exercise and walking support to encourage healthy routines.
• Run errands and assist with transportation needs when required.
• Offer medication reminders to ensure adherence to care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Accurately document care tasks and report updates through the CareLinx mobile application.
• Collaborate with care advisors and support teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

• At least six months of caregiving experience or relevant educational background (CNA, HHA, MA, or similar).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status.
• Completion of required training, vetting, and onboarding procedures.
• Ability to provide medical documentation, including physical examinations and TB tests, as required by state regulations.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage varying client schedules.
