ABOUT THE ROLE

Construction Labourer – Permanent, Full-Time

You’ll work on-site at the Calgary project location, supporting industrial, commercial, and institutional construction activities. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to under 2 years of experience who are safety-conscious, proactive, and ready for full-time workloads with overtime available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on daily operational needs, your duties may include:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Performing routine construction maintenance tasks
  • Assisting and feeding machines or equipment used on-site
  • Supporting tradespeople with basic construction duties
  • Ensuring clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Following site safety standards and equipment procedures

EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZATION

The compan is looking for individuals who would be capable in hadling the following machinery and equipment

Equipment & Machinery Experience

Experience with any of the following is an asset:

  • Bobcats
  • Circular saws
  • Torches
  • Forklifts

Construction Specialization

Work may involve:

  • Industrial construction
  • Commercial construction
  • Institutional construction

WORK ENVIRONMENT

You’ll work with:

  • Construction tools, machinery, and heavy materials
  • Safety equipment and PPE such as helmets, boots, and goggles

Work conditions include:
