ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Domino’s team, you’ll help create and deliver great pizzas while providing excellent customer service. From crafting orders and preparing fresh ingredients to delivering pizzas safely and efficiently, every shift brings something new.
No experience? No problem — we’ll provide full training to get you up to speed quickly through our interactive, gamified learning program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Domino’s team member, your main duties include:
- Delivery: Ensuring pizzas are delivered hot, fresh, and on time — turning every delivery into a moment of joy
- Customer Service: Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every guest — in person and over the phone
- Food Preparation: Helping prepare and package pizzas, sides, and drinks according to Domino’s quality standards
- Safety: Following safe driving and food-handling procedures at all times
- Cleanliness: Keeping the store clean, tidy, and ready for action during and after every shift

REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for this job you have to fulfil the following requirements:
Education:
No formal education required
Experience:
No prior experience necessary — full training provided
Licensing (for delivery roles):
- Car or Motorbike Delivery: Valid driver’s license required
- E-Bike Delivery: Must be 16+ with at least a Learner’s Permit
- Access to a reliable vehicle (E-bike or company cars may be available at select stores)
- Access to a smartphone
Skills & Qualities:
- Team player with a great attitude and appetite for learning
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible shifts
