Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or cargo across the UAE.
- Select and follow the best routes based on traffic, weather, and road conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Comply with all UAE traffic laws and driving safety standards.
- Assist passengers with loading/unloading luggage or goods when required.
- Record mileage, fuel usage, trip details, and delivery schedules accurately.
- Coordinate with dispatchers or supervisors regarding routes, delays, or concerns.
- Meet delivery or pick-up deadlines while adjusting to scheduling changes.
- Communicate professionally with clients, passengers, and team members.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and courtesy.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driver’s license (Light or Heavy Vehicle, depending on role).
- Age requirement: 30–39 years old.
- Proven driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and highway systems.
- Ability to use GPS, read maps, and understand road signage clearly.
- Must be familiar with high-end cars and modern technology.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and respectful behavior.
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Desired Knowledge
- Previous experience driving in UAE or GCC region.
- Knowledge of local landmarks, major roads, and traffic conditions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent time management and route-planning skills.
