Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily farm operations including planting, harvesting, feeding, irrigation, and overall crop/livestock care.
- Supervise and train farm staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Monitor farm equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Plan and implement production schedules to achieve optimal yield and quality.
- Oversee pest control, disease management, and safe use of agricultural chemicals.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s agricultural regulations and internal company standards.
- Keep accurate records of farm activities, budgets, and inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers, veterinarians, and external partners as needed.
- Introduce new farming techniques and technologies to improve productivity.
- Ensure smooth communication between farm workers and upper management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant farm management experience in Qatar.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required.
- Strong understanding of Qatar’s agricultural environment, climate, and regulations.
- Experience in crop, livestock, or mixed farming operations.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and workforce effectively.
- Proficient in basic reporting and record-keeping.
