As a Farm Worker with Ensil Inc., you will play an important role in supporting daily farm operations, including animal care, crop maintenance, and general farm duties. From feeding livestock to operating machinery, your work will directly support the efficiency and success of the farm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Farm Worker at Ensil Inc., your duties will include:
- Feeding and tending to livestock (poultry, sheep, and other animals)
- Fertilizing, spraying, and maintaining crops
- Clearing fields of wood and stones
- Grading fruits and vegetables by size, shape, and quality
- Performing greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
- Handling farm animals and ensuring biosecurity protocols are followed
- Operating farming equipment such as tractors, fertilizer applicators, planting equipment, haying machinery, lift trucks, and welding tools
- Maintaining detailed farm work records and logs
- Performing general farm labour as required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience – Minimum of 5 years or more in farming (livestock and/or crop production)
- Languages – English required
- Skills –
- Strong livestock handling and crop maintenance knowledge
- Ability to safely operate farm machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of farm safety and biosecurity procedures
- Reliability, punctuality, and independence
WORK CONDITIONS AND PERSONAL SUITABILITY
This role requires individuals who can:
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, noisy)
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and repetitive movements
