KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Bistro & Cafe Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, serving, and presenting food and beverages
- Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across cafe and bistro areas
- Assisting with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
- Supporting team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods
- Following health, safety, and RSA/RCG guidelines
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – No formal qualification required
- Experience – Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Languages – English (required)
Skills & Attributes:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional presentation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team attitude
- Coffee-making skills (advantageous but not essential)
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA & RCG Certificates (required)
- Provisional or full driver’s licence with reliable transport
