- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care, aged care, disability support, or a related field (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel to clients’ homes within the local area
- Relevant care certifications or training (advantageous)
