JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all cleaning-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas within assigned venues before, during, and after events
  • Safely using and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Managing housekeeping storerooms and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Responding to guest queries in a professional and customer-oriented manner
  • Supporting the cleanliness and readiness of event spaces and public areas
  • Assisting in training team members and attending scheduled trainings
  • Reading and understanding event schedules and corresponding cleaning tasks
