JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Housekeeping Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing all cleaning-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas within assigned venues before, during, and after events
- Safely using and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Managing housekeeping storerooms and reporting any maintenance issues
- Responding to guest queries in a professional and customer-oriented manner
- Supporting the cleanliness and readiness of event spaces and public areas
- Assisting in training team members and attending scheduled trainings
- Reading and understanding event schedules and corresponding cleaning tasks
