Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping and operational activities at assigned locations
- Appoint and allocate staff to client sites as per operational requirements
- Ensure staff accountability and performance management
- Maintain and monitor staff attendance records
- Coordinate and manage housekeeping teams at client sites
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met
- Schedule and confirm staff appointments
- Manage staff documentation, records, and details
- Handle office errands and administrative coordination
- Foster positive relationships with staff and clients through effective people management
Requirements
- Own valid UAE visa (mandatory)
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or technical services operations
- Knowledge of technical services and facility operations
- Ability to manage staff, schedules, and documentation efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts when required

- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
