About the Role

As a Construction Painter, you’ll handle a variety of surface prep and finishing tasks—ranging from patching walls and mixing paint to applying custom wallpaper and exterior coatings. Your work will directly contribute to the appearance and quality of residential and commercial projects across Winnipeg.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Winnipeg, MB with 40 hours per week and a competitive wage of $20.00/hour. Flexible scheduling includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Working as a painter your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces for painting
  • Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections
  • Mix paint to achieve desired colour and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and wall coverings
  • Advise clients on paint colours and material choices
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, install rigging
  • Apply paint, coatings, wallpaper, and finishes to surfaces
  • Estimate materials and job costs
