JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Plant Maintenance Worker, your main responsibilities will include:
- Making adjustments and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Performing routine maintenance and small appliance repairs
- Supervising other workers and providing leadership when necessary
- Managing and planning maintenance schedules and repairs
- Investigating mechanical issues and identifying long-term solutions
- Preparing reports, estimates, and documentation related to mechanical systems
- Ensuring a safe, well-maintained working environment for all staff

- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar maintenance or mechanical role
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
- Skills: Mechanical troubleshooting, team supervision, time management
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, punctual, excellent communication
- Certifications (if applicable): Relevant technical or trade certifications are an asset
