What does a Factory Hand do?
At Rarekind, our Factory Hands keep things moving—literally. You’ll be handling spiral tubing, assisting on machines, and keeping the factory floor in top shape. It’s a full-time, permanent gig where reliability and a strong work ethic go a long way. If you enjoy physical work, like working with your hands, and appreciate a good team, you’ll fit right in.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Factory Hand, your responsibilities will include:
- Moving and handling spiral tubing
- Assisting in operating machinery
- General labouring and cleaning
- Counterbalance forklift work
- Keeping the workplace clean and safe

- Hold or are willing to obtain a counterbalance forklift licence
- Are physically fit and safety-conscious

- Have reliable transport to get to Penrith
