JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Waiter/Waitress at Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a courteous, professional manner
- Presenting menus, answering questions, and recommending food and drink options
- Taking and relaying food and drink orders accurately
- Serving meals and beverages promptly
- Handling cash, card, and room charge payments
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest concerns when needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Crowne Plaza is looking for candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a team-first attitude:
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a hospitality or service role
- Education: No formal qualifications required
- Skills: Excellent communication, ability to multitask, customer-focused mindset
- Tech: Familiarity with POS systems and electronic cash registers
- Other: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
