JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Waiter/Waitress at Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a courteous, professional manner
  • Presenting menus, answering questions, and recommending food and drink options
  • Taking and relaying food and drink orders accurately
  • Serving meals and beverages promptly
  • Handling cash, card, and room charge payments
  • Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest concerns when needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Crowne Plaza is looking for candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a team-first attitude:

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a hospitality or service role
  • Education: No formal qualifications required
  • Skills: Excellent communication, ability to multitask, customer-focused mindset
  • Tech: Familiarity with POS systems and electronic cash registers
  • Other: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
