About the Role
As a Welder, you’ll perform manual and semi-automatic welding, interpret blueprints and specifications, and contribute to high-quality metal fabrication and repair work. Your craftsmanship will directly support commercial and industrial ventilation systems and infrastructure projects.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Merritt, BC with a flexible schedule ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week. Relocation support is available, making it ideal for trades professionals ready to build their career in the BC Interior.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, manuals, and process specifications
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment
- Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal as required
- Perform flame-cutting, soldering, and minor equipment repairs

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of welding experience
