ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Attendant with Accor, you’ll warmly welcome guests, provide exceptional service, and elevate dining experiences across our outlets and events. From recommending standout dishes and beverages to ensuring smooth and enjoyable dining, you’ll play a key role in making every guest’s visit special.
This is a casual position based at 250 Cooper Street, Epping, VIC 3076, Australia, with excellent hourly pay rates and weekend/public holiday loadings. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Casual hourly pay starting at $25.85, plus loadings:
- Monday–Friday: $32.31/hour
- Saturday: $38.78/hour
- Sunday: $45.24/hour
- Public Holidays: $64.63/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities may include:
- Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- Recommending food and beverage options to enhance dining experiences
- Providing table service, bar service, and event support
- Preparing and serving beverages, including coffee and cocktails
- Setting up and packing down service areas
- Following service standards, health, and safety procedures
- Working closely with the team to ensure seamless service

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of food & beverage service protocols
- Barista or coffee-making skills (highly valued)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or equivalent
