Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are available for cooks and servers as needed.
- Handle dishwashing machines and cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors.
- Follow restaurant sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen team by helping with other tasks as required.
