KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Team Member, your duties may include:
- Greeting and serving customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Preparing and cooking PERi-PERi meals to Nando’s high standards
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the restaurant
- Working collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth service
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every order
- Learning and growing your skills through Nando’s development programs

REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the Team Member role, you’ll need:
Education:
- No formal qualifications required — we’ll provide full training!
Experience:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
Skills & Qualities:
- Friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude
- Team-oriented and willing to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, energetic, and passionate about great food and service
- Minimum age 16+ (per Nando’s age policy)
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
If 18+, you may need certifications such as:
- Liquor accreditation or First Aid (depending on local laws)
