JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Porter/Valet, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assisting guests with luggage handling, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Providing guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Arranging transportation services for guests, including taxis, shuttles, and private cars.
- Assisting residents in the residences tower with personalized requests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the valet and lobby areas.
- Ensuring adherence to hotel service standards and guest satisfaction.

- Education: No formal qualifications required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or valet preferred but not required.
- Work Setting: Hospitality / Luxury Hotel / Guest Services.
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast region and local attractions (preferred but not required).
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple guest requests.
- Valid driver’s license (manual preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
