JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and making service bookings
- Making outbound calls for appointment reminders or chat inquiries
- Ensuring accurate documentation of vehicle and customer information
- Assisting with customer perception reviews and satisfaction follow-ups
- Liaising with service managers to ensure proper resource scheduling
- Promoting products and services in a professional manner
- Handling complaints and concerns with empathy and timely resolutions
- Following set communication scripts and brand protocols
- Providing leads to the sales team through customer interactions
