ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Labourer or General Hand with Programmed, you’ll play a key role in assisting with general site operations, manual handling, and logistics across a range of industries.
This is a casual, on-site position offering $31–$35 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) with weekly pay and multiple shifts available — day, afternoon, and night.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts available as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Labourer or General Hand, you’ll be responsible for:
- Performing manual handling of goods up to 20–25kg (repetitively)
- Assisting with general labouring tasks across multiple sites and industries
- Supporting site setup, cleanup, and logistics as needed
- Working safely in varied environments including cold rooms, dry goods areas, and outdoor settings
- Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

You’ll work with:
- Basic hand tools and manual handling equipment
- Pallet jacks, trolleys, and lifting gear
- Team members in warehouse, production, or site environments
The work may involve standing for long periods, repetitive lifting (up to 25kg), and working in different temperature zones depending on the site.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
Education:
- No qualification required — full training provided
Experience:
- Previous general labour or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
Licences & Rights:
- Valid Australian driver’s licence (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
Skills & Qualities:
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Flexible availability (Monday–Sunday)
