RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Registering arriving guests and assigning rooms
- Processing group arrivals and departures
- Taking, canceling, and modifying room reservations
- Providing information on hotel facilities and services
- Offering general information about local attractions and points of interest
- Processing guest departures, calculating charges, and receiving payments
- Maintaining inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Performing clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
