RESPONSIBILITIES

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Registering arriving guests and assigning rooms
  • Processing group arrivals and departures
  • Taking, canceling, and modifying room reservations
  • Providing information on hotel facilities and services
  • Offering general information about local attractions and points of interest
  • Processing guest departures, calculating charges, and receiving payments
  • Maintaining inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Performing clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZATION
