JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Driving Instructor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on, in-car driving instruction using company vehicles
- Teaching traffic laws, safe driving habits, and defensive driving techniques
- Assessing student progress and giving constructive feedback
- Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Staying current on driving regulations and instructional materials
- Ensuring professional conduct and a positive learning experience at all times

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

- Hold a valid Ontario Driver Instructor Licence (MTO issued)
- Have a clean driving record
- Are experienced instructors (or eager to learn—training is provided)
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with learners of all skill levels
- Are patient, encouraging, and adaptable
- Understand Ontario traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Are dependable and committed to student success
