RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily duties as an Animal Caregiver may include:
- Provide day-to-day care for dogs staying at the daycare and pet hotel
- Ensure all animal guests remain safe, happy, healthy, and comfortable
- Monitor dogs throughout their stay
- Use appropriate animal handling techniques
- Supervise dogs in play parks and daycare areas
- Maintain clean and hygienic play areas
- Clean dog apartments and other animal care areas
- Ensure the facility remains clean and well maintained
- Help create a positive experience for every pet
- Follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Work closely with other members of the animal care team
- Use initiative when dealing with animals and their needs
- Identify situations that may require attention
- Help ensure customers’ pets receive a high standard of care
- Perform other animal care duties as required

EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZATION
To qualify for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Languages
English
Applicants must be fluent in English.
Education
A relevant animal care qualification is required.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar animal care environment or veterinary clinic is essential.
Professional animal handling experience is required, and applicants should be able to demonstrate their practical animal care skills.
