JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Construction Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading/unloading materials and setting up job sites
- Reading blueprints and understanding basic site layouts
- Pouring, mixing, and spreading concrete or asphalt
- Assembling scaffolding, ramps, and barriers
- Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces
- Performing inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and apprentices
- Demolishing structures and removing debris
- Directing traffic safely around active sites
