Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have completed secondary (high school) education
- Have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in farm work or crop supervision
- Speak English fluently
- Can supervise a team of 3–4 workers
- Are capable of handling both technical farm operations and administrative duties
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating farm workers and harvest labourers
- Overseeing planting, spraying, irrigating, and harvesting
- Implementing safety and biosecurity procedures
- Maintaining crop quality and production records
- Hiring, training, and supporting seasonal and full-time staff
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment
