Key Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Load and unload items from delivery vehicles.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in good condition.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date delivery logs, reports, and vehicle documentation.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A valid New Zealand driver’s license (car or van) or equivalent overseas license.
- Prior experience in courier or logistics operations preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting or handling packages safely.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours between Monday and Saturday.
