ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Vineyard Worker at SUBA FARM, you’ll assist with the care and maintenance of our vineyard, including planting, pruning, harvesting, and general crop handling. No prior experience is required — we provide training to help you grow your skills and succeed in this rewarding agricultural role.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position offering steady hours, competitive pay, and staff accommodation for eligible candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Vineyard Worker, your main duties include:
- Planting, pruning, maintaining, and harvesting grapevines
- Operating or assisting with fruit harvesting equipment
- Inspecting crops for quality and readiness
- Maintaining vineyard cleanliness and organization
- Following all farm safety and hygiene standards
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Supporting the team in all seasonal vineyard operations

REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify you must fulfil the following requirements:
Education:
No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience:
No prior experience needed — training will be provided
Work Setting:
- Vineyard and grape farm
- Remote location with staff accommodation available
Equipment & Machinery Experience:
- Fruit harvester or similar agricultural equipment
