Responsibilities
- Assisting tradesmen and supervisors in daily construction tasks.
- Performing general labor duties such as site clean-up, moving materials, and setting up equipment.
- Following clear instructions from site supervisors and team leaders.
- Supporting various phases of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude while working in a team environment.
Requirements
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
- No formal qualifications or experience required — training will be provided.
- Experience in construction or general labor is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
- Able to follow directions and work under supervision.
- Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate for work assignments.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing if required.
