ABOUT THE ROLE
Programmed is seeking Order Pickers to support warehouse and distribution operations at a major facility located in Hazelmere, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, preparing, and moving stock efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a casual position offering day shifts only, with start times between 5:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and finish times between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The role offers consistent weekday work and a supportive team culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily duties may include:
- Order picking various products including cartons of beverages and tobacco products
- Preparing and packing stock for dispatch
- Transporting goods around the warehouse using a pallet jack
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing stock
- Operating RF scanners to ensure order accuracy
- Maintaining general housekeeping and cleanliness within the warehouse
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Programmed is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to work Monday to Friday day shifts
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Ideal Skills & Qualities
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience (preferred)
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
Equipment & Machinery Experience
- Pallet jacks
- RF scanning devices
- Manual handling and warehouse equipment
