ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Farm Worker at MHR Farming Ltd., you’ll play an essential role in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining farm equipment. You will ensure high-quality produce for market while contributing to the success of a supportive and diverse farming team.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Surrey, British Columbia (V3S 2A2). Work is on-site only, with 35–40 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Farm Worker at MHR Farming Ltd., your responsibilities will include:
- Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
- Fertilizing and spraying crops
- Harvesting crops and preparing them for market
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Providing agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, spraying, and harvesting
- Examining produce for quality and readiness for market
- Writing basic daily progress reports
