Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, your duties will include:
- Cleaning and detailing the interior of buses to a high standard.
- Vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces in vehicles and premises.
- Ensuring vehicles are presented immaculately for customer use.
- Conducting regular cleaning routines and responding to special cleaning needs.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet daily cleaning targets.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand at the time of application.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks including:
- Drug testing
- Ministry of Justice background check
- Medical assessment
- Reference checks
- VCA clearance (required due to nature of the role)
- Availability for full-time, permanent work.
- Ability to work evening/night shifts, weekends, or early mornings (if required).
- Basic English communication skills for understanding instructions and reporting issues.
