KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Farm Labourer, your main duties will include:
- Assisting with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and machinery
- Utilizing hand and power tools for various farm tasks
- Checking pens, processing cattle, and assisting with livestock handling
- Supporting general farm maintenance and following all safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify you must have the following:
Education:
No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience:
Experience in farming, equipment operation, or maintenance is an asset — training provided on-site
Skills & Qualities:
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual labour
- Mechanically inclined; capable of operating and maintaining machinery
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required (Class 1A license an asset)
Language:
English (required for safety communication)
WORKING CONDITIONS
You must be prepared to work under the following conditions:
- Work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions
- May involve standing, lifting, bending, or repetitive motion
- Exposure to farm machinery, livestock, and moderate noise
- Safety gear provided
- Housing available at a separate yard
