RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily duties as a heavy equipment mechanic helper may include:
- Move tools, equipment and other materials
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Assist tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Support maintenance and repair operations
- Help prepare equipment for servicing and inspections
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
