RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main duties as a Welder may include:
- Interpret welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Operate fully automated welding equipment when required
- Read and interpret welding blueprints and drawings
- Review welding specifications, manuals and processes
- Examine completed welds to ensure they meet required standards
- Operate previously set-up welding machines
- Fabricate metal parts and products
